Scammed me on my order of Ratchet straps, Stapleton, AL, USA

I received in mail Feb 3 earrings that I did not order. I ordered Ratchet straps December of 2024. I have sent numerous emails to this scam company about my order wanting my money back.
There was always an excuse.
I did not order them cheap earrings.
