I have been getting the runaround with an order that was fraudulent in the advertisement on Facebook. After 8 emails I disputed thru PayPay who only at this point has kept me in communication with the offender. I have just requested contact with PayPal and am waiting for an agent to contact me. Has anyone else gotten satisfaction on a claim? Additionally, the invoice charge and the charge to my PayPal account was inflated! If PayPal doesn't do anything I am done with them! I was under the impression that they protected the buyer. We shall see!
