I ordered 7 animal Christmas ornaments of equation. com on their Facebook website and paid approximately $4.98 per item, or $34.93 plus tax and shipping. The return address on the envelope is GRMANDO OTEROY 3646 S WOLCOTT AVE CHICAGO IL 60609 I received a package several days ago, but the ornaments are not what was pictured on the FB site. They are cheap looking — just plain crap. I want a REFUND. There are numerous complaints listed. Clearly this is a SCAM operation. I am going to report this site for FRAUD to Facebook, the Chicago Police, and the area Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau.
