On January 23,2024, I ordered Lane Bryant items for $39. They said they delivered my package but I never received it. Instead of a refund they said they would do a re-order. I agreed and they said it again had been delivered. They offered me a 30% refund as they now said my items were discontinued. I was not happy and advised them if I didn’t get my 100% refund within 7 days, I would turn this matter over to my attorney. Today, I received a 100% refund. I feel they this handling is very shady.
