I purchased four coffee cups online – paid with my credit card. When I received the package, I opened up one of the boxes and the cups were not what I ordered – something completely different.-very crude workmanship – not at all what was pictured when I ordered. would like to have my payments canceled and refunded, but cannot contact the company. There was a phone number listed that I called to speak to someone about returning something I did not order, but that phone number is out of service. I have no other way of contacting the business but would like to return the merchandise and have it credited back to my card.
