Ordered a budget planner on Facebook. They over charged me. I immediately cancelled my order. I requested several times in writing to support@keepingcompanywith.com with no compliance of my request. I have sent numerous emails asking them to refund my money because they had plenty of notice to cancel shipment but chose to ship anyway. They provided a tracking and state product should have been delivered but 26 days later I do not have a budget planner. I have asked for a refund and have had no response. I am being charged for a product I do not want and have never received.
