I purchased a generator from I thought was Amazon but is loving kitty paid 77 dollars for it

I ordered a generator and I thought it would be payments at the begining of January 2024 and have not herd anything and no way to contact them and I thought it was from Amazon but the order said loving kitty and I'm unable to track it now.
