I ordered two coats and a jacket from this place on Nov. 24th, 2023 that said I was ordering from JC Penny. As of December 4th, 2023, I have not received the item. There was $31.00 taken out of my account Nov. 25th, 2023. Major company’s such as JC Penny should create a software that does not allow or give an alert to consumers that this is a scam so uncaring people will not have the advantage to take our hard earned money.
