I ordered the Forever Bloom foundation medium from a tictok shop I thought. It has the forever bloom pictures and an ad I watched with the forever bloom bottle she was using. I ordered, even the pic on the checkout order was forever bloom. I received today, KOEC Medium foundation. Not at all what I thought I was ordering. I looked up the address and low and behold I see several others who have been scammed from whoever is mailing from this address. The return address has the name Hliver Lowry, that's not a typo, it's a H-liver. Someone should do something to turn this person in. Can't trust anyone these days.
