I ordered off Facebook and they scammed me out of 30.46 for a hat that I didn't receive. They have a support team that will not answer my question on where is that hat. It just gives the same message and the tracking site continues to say its in a port waiting on clearance. This company or so called company is a scam

How long has it been? I ordered the first week of February and it was delivered today. But I don't think it's the hat I actually ordered.
