I ordered Clothes from what I thought was KOHLS in june...Still have not recieved then but HAVEbeen charged.Outletsfi@pithzc.com

I also ordered from what I thought was KOHLS. Is there anything that can be done?
I did a purchase in June, watched the tracking info. said it was delivered, but was not. They said they would resend it, tracking in Aug said it was delivered, it was not. I filed a claim with better business, but to no avail.
I also ordered on June 2023 from a post that came up on Facebook, that was posted as a Kohl's Store Clearance Center and the website was posted as so. Once I placed my order I was sent a Email from "outletsfi@pithzu.com" that initiated the so called confirming order of my purchase and tracking no and was told the my purchase was going to be delivered and here we are still no delivery of my purchase September 19. 2023. So yes probably a scam.
