About three weeks to a month ago, I thought I was ordering from QVC, two rocking camping chairs for $40 plus two free. I also paid $9.99 for expedited shipping. $49.99 total ! After a week or so and I didn’t receive rockers , I realized it was a scam. Today I got a cheap piece of burgundy material like a cheap thin scarf from the above address. I am irrate. What should I do ? Thanks.
