I order an item for my niece off of Facebook and the tracking says delivered but she didn’t receive it. So the company said they would send another one. Tracking says it’s been sitting in Oak Creek DC since June 16th. Is it truly sitting in the warehouse? The name of the company is PYGWARD. China of course. Her name was supposedly NoraOrder ****
