I made online purchase 3-1/2 weeks ago and never received order conformation from the Chinese company. Credit Card posting shows the next day after that purchase, a USPS mailing label was created for a pair of sunglasses I didn't order. I think the scam is to contact 'hctt-serve.com' (only by email) to arrange refund / return. Their first question will be my CC info to arrange a $163 refund. I don't think so!
