I had the same experience. Horrible how people take advantage of others. Numerous emails, I was told it was delivered, it wasn't. I was told to check t the Post Office, I did, in person, no such tracking number. I wad told they would resend the items. Didn't happen. I was offered 50% reimbursement, I acvepted because it was better than nothing. Asked to wait 7-10 business days, no luck. Apparently there was an error and it was resubmitted. So now I wait another 7-10 business days before I contact them again.
