Ì order a back brace like people wear when lifting heavy articles at work. This brace pictured on Facebook looking just like those worn by warehouse workers. I ordered a 4X. I received a very poorly made piece of black material with a small rod & mesh material in a medium small size, nowhere close to 4x & definitely not as shown on Facebook for a total of $70.00 including shipping.
