I ordered a vacuum cleaner and received a knee brace instead from Carrie Bonkiewicz with same tracking # . Trac**** tracking service said it was delivered but I received the knee brace in the mail. Ordered from HSN Factory Outlet Shop (which does not exist as I checked with HSN and followed the shipping process from China to New York and then was told the package was "delivered" 7/14/2023. Order #2306240730***** 6/23/2023 contact email given by them was info@eeteuta.shop for any info This is awful whaat they are doing to people on the internet. Please let me know if you can be of any help on the refund of my VISA charge of $39.98

Have you contacted your bank or credit card company? Other comments about this site are proof this is a scam. When this happened to me, my bank refunded my money.
