I ordered gifts from this website [cookie-happyhours. com]. First my AMEX was charged more than what I authorized; I could not reach ANYONE to discuss the problem. Emails came back undeliverable. When I tracked down a contact from the AMEX charge I re-sent all emails. Never got any reply. I reported fraud to AMEX. I asked to cancel the order. A month later I received some crappy products that were NOTHING like the ad. The return address said Keathers Foeeys 3646 s Walcott ave, Chicago IL 60609
