Scam on Order., Enfield, UK

I have just had a delivery from MPAY-UK warehouse. A nice horse silk scarf. What a ordered was a self cleaning litter box off of Instagram.they took £39.89 for the item. So this is a big scam,and yes I got catch too. You can find the company on company's house but that is all. No Web site,no email,no phone number. Or if u don't its a premium number that will cost u a arm and a leg.
