Scam on Facebook and instagram regarding Amazon, Atlanta, GA, USA

On March 6,2026 I purchased what I thought to be a mystery box from Amazon that they claim would have produced people have returned to Amazon but there was too many so they were selling mystery boxes to people. I purchased the super mystery box which was $59.99 to be purchased through PayPal , which has now disappeared from my PayPal activity history. Convenient right? This box was supposed to have a value worth $699.00 worth of products, and I received 1 item of a pair of wireless over the ear headphones retailed at 29.99. Looking up this address it is a business named Shinn Mechanical Inc. I contacted the “customer service” email provided on my receipt email of my purchase which is cs @amzspalletliquidation. com to see how I would even send this back since it has no real return address on it. I have not received any correspondence back. So with shipping I am out $70.33. $59.99 for the box, $7.99 shipping and $2.35 for something called shipping insurance? When I took the headphone box out of the initial box there is a tiny business card that has some contact information on it that states is you have an issue consultation and suggestion support @gilecare. com. All information I have given you are all in the photos also provided in this statement.
