I did the same thing. The package arrived today but not what I ordered. It is a charging cable. I tried to email them again and now my emails are being returned as undeliverable.

Same ordered chair never received, I've been fighting with them about a refund.
I ordered a bathrobe on 3/9/24 and paid by direct debit - the goods have not arrived yet... obviously fraudsters
