Did a switch on the product I ordered according to paperwork . I ordered a chain saw and they switched it to a dress . When I emailed them to see when delivery would be ,they suddenly sent me tracking . End result -package was supposedly delivered . Was told to contact carrier about it . If they would not help maybe the company could help down the road .
