I was scammed by this company I ordered a Chase lounge from Macy’s online I was billed but never received item

I was scammed I ordered the chaise from macys on Jan16 2024 , never received, and have never heard anything from them although the money was taken out of my account for $56.06. Billed by acqra. Refund my money! I will be reporting to my bank.
