I placed an order to, which I thought was Natural Life, I never received the order. I complained and their response was to tell me that they were sending a second shipment to my residence. Still no delivery. I complained. They claimed that their delivery service was the issue and offered to reimburse 30%. I told them that I wanted 100% reimbursement. To this day, January 2025, I still have no order and I am out $30+ in product that I thought I was ordering. I have been sending emails to the address to which I was receiving responses. Nothing since December. I want them to be held accountable. I can provide information regarding the order.Please please please be careful.
