I ordered a pair of shoes. Today I received them and they are not what I ordered. They we so cheap and ugly. What can I do?

Ordered shoes wrong size too small was not brand advertised very disappointing.
The shoes that I got in the mail today is ugly or not what I ordered and I want my fmoney back
The same thing happened to me today. Ugly and CHEAPLY made shoes arrived with no return instructions. The only name on package return label is JANE.
