I ordered an electric bike from unmesn online and they give you a tracking to track your package by they server and you can track your package but never receive it . When you contact the server your messages go undelivered

The store is unmesn I ordered it off of a platform online and they tell you to contact professional-servise @outlook.com . I tracked my package to its finals stop and then they said it in Missouri not in Georgia
