Scam from vclothfashionshop, China

Ordered, received tracking number. Waited a month tracking info indicated it had been delivered while it was not. Customer service said that they were sending the package again. Waited another three weeks. Tracking number said that it was delivered. it was not. Then customer service wanted to give me a partial refund. I refused. Then they said I would receive a full refund in 15 business days. I did not. Now they have ceased communications.
