Scam from Risetor.com, I thought I ordered from HomeGoods on Nov.27 and my credit card was charged $48.75. I have not received any info from this company.

I ordered from HomeGoods bedding, or so I thought. My acct. was charged $48.75. It was to Risetor.com and I tried to contact this company but with no results.

Yes, I bought a Nativity also from what I thought was Overstock and received a receipt from Risetor but no goods.

Also thought I was buying from HomeGoods. Risetor.com charged my credit card. Never received my order .

I thought I was ordering Christmas figurines from Jim Shore but Risetor charged my credit card and I never received anything nor have they responded to my inquiries!

Exactly what I experienced
I placed an order on November 28th through an Facebook ad and my credit card was charged but I never received my merchandise. I tried to email Risetor.com and never received a response. I should have known 90% off was too good to be true.

The same thing to me also with risetor selling Hershey chocolates Got my money and no order a BIG SCAM
I also done the same thing I have not received my order my was Dec 4. I sent a email and i get a response stating that my order has been shipped. Still no order.

I also thought I was ordering from Home Goods and another from Bath and Body Works. I didn't realize they were both from Risetor until it was too late. I did email them and got a "response" about tracking them. I got a notification that one of the packages was delivered today. Well, not to my house!! I have emailed them again, waiting for a reply. Is anyone receiving refunds? Or have had luck with their CC company or banks issuing refunds?

Just recieved mailer deamon on that email. Funny how they replied the first two times I contacted them but not now?
Same. They replied the first time with a tracking number and link (which I didn’t open), but just today got the mailer daemon! Sounds like they have scammed so many. Is there any govt agency that can shut them down??!!
I ordered some Chrsitmas bedding which I thought was from Home Goods in November. Have never heard another word from them. Still waiting......

Same. Was charged $48.90. Btw, the site where i originally 'bought' the item for magically disappeared. Risetor, who sent me a receipt, seems to have disappeared as well.
I ordered from Ristorante.com also. Thought it was Home Goods and lost $56. Can they get into my account now?
