Scam from QVC - Facebook, Tennessee, USA

I am pretty sure I was scammed on Facebook with this QVC-Dog bed for huMans-took my money, said it ships in 48 hours-nothing?I ordered a human dog bed, buy one get one free, total 42.77, I have an order # 230714034******, when I put in said order number no info is given, said it ships in 48 hours, that was over a week ago, according to facebook it's a scam ?

I ordered 2 orders from ABTwinnf interentGB orders were in the amounts of 46.61 and 41.62 orders were placed on July9,2023. Till this day I have not received any of the merchandise. I em beginning to believe this has been a scam. I have tried to get ahold of bed bath and beyond with no success. Please help me solve this problem. I live on a fixed income and don’t like to be scammed out of my money. Thank you.
