I too thought I was ordering from Orthofeet but the package arrived with the return address of RETURN WAREHOUSE, 746 S. GLASGOW AVENUE, INGLEWOOD, CA 90301-3012. There was no invoice or receipt of any kind. The UPS Tracking number could not be located. I guess this was a scam.
