I ordered a free trial, just had to pay $6.95/ea shipping, of their face and eye cream. Two weeks later I am billed $119.95/ea for a total of $239.90 for an auto shipment I did not authorize. I immediately emailed them and their response was to call customer service. I could not get through by calling. This continued for 3 more months as they ignored my emails telling them these shipments were not authorized and to stop billing my credit card. One shipment was labeled Juvli not Nuu Derma. I had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop. Making the matter worse they sent 1oz of each product for $119.95/ea. Amazon sells the exact same thing except you get 5oz of product for $119.95. These people are scammers. Please beware!!California, USA
