Made an order which I thought was Home Depot paid through PayPal which I disputed, and of course PayPal sided with the scammer, he provided a tracking number and also stating item was delivered,case closed. If they had followed the tracking it would have revealed address was to a unnumbered PO box and not my address confirmed by the postmaster per claim filed by me.
