I found that this person is doing this out of a home when found on Google earth. It is in fact not a medical facility at all. Currently can't find a phone number. I wish I could post the pic of the home. It is a duplex. 15-3 which means house numbers 3 through 15 are in the same building.

I don't know why the packages have been sent repeatedly.

My wife ordered a BB&B CLEARANCE and never got a package. She claims she hasn't been charged.
