I received an offer from Bed Bath and Beyond advising me of a bankruptcy notice and showing me their liquidation prices. I ordered under the assumption that it was Bed Bath and Beyond’s. I placed 2 orders equaling ~ $110.00. I need help recovering my fraudulent expenses.

Overstock.com is now BB&B, they are legit. I have ordered from them and got what I ordered in a timely manner. I too got scammed on the other, ordered out chairs and umbrella. After 2 months I got a piece of garbage ring. But I did get the amount put back on my card.
