I received a scarf I did not order. At the same time, "QVC" reported that it delivered a Bose CD changer. Scam.

Exactly same thing happened to me.
Yes, I ordered a set of shelves, some boots, several months ago, and all I get are excuses, that the item is on the way or that it was delivered and how sorry they are. Then I receive this skimpy scarf in the mail today for no reason. I suppose they can show on paper that they shipped something here if they do that. Why not arrest this fraudulent operator?
Same thing. Can't check to see where the CD changer is either. Contacting my credit card to dispute
