I ordered an item from a CO called lightinbox, I noticed the pkg return address as Jane 371 Little Falls Rd, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009. Lightinbox site, trying to set up a return is impossible.I received pkg. Too small, an didn't like the fabric. When one trys to make a return.... The site doesn't work, when one you click on contact us or submit ticket. As I stated in my first msg to you the return address on pkg reads Jane in Little Falls N.J. Lightinbox, is in China....if you can find out how to make a return to them, much appreciated. This CO has terrible complaints!!!!!!!!
I contacted BBB. A company like this should be put out of business. I want a refund, as a Senior, I have no money to waste!!!!
