Scam Eterna jewelry on Facebook, Michigan, USA

I bought rings from Eterna jewelry on Facebook and for a month I waited for the delivery. Today I receive a package from Elvira from Elk Grove, IL it look like a ring from temu. And the baguette ring was missing altogether. Eterna I have written over 10 emails for help and they have ignored me giving me more reason to know they are a scam. I will fight the charge with my bank for fraud!
