I made an order from them on January 11, 2024 have yet to receive my merchandise or credit back for no item.

Made an order for an item and have not received it nor any correspondence from said company. It has been since January 11th. They got there PMT of $29 but I have still not received item . Am now going to request PMT reversal, with cc company.
