This is a copy of the email I sent to this fraudulent company:

I have been trying to get in touch with you about returning this order which I received August 9th 2025.
I tried to cancel this less than an hour after I placed the order on July 25th 2025… I have the time stamped emails to prove it.

I explained that I had ordered the incorrect size and asked you to please cancel the order.
I received an email from you, saying that my order had already shipped, which is very strange, because not even Amazon Prime send out parcels within in the hour.

I was told that once I received the package, I could return it.
I tried calling the number on your confirmation email: 1-302-208-7571 (which has mysteriously disappeared), and the number was disconnected.
I tried looking up your website: ShengFeiChang Technology Limited and there is no contact information there.

This parcel was sent from: JERRY (001) YASFBAR, 9208 Charles Smith Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, so I was surprised to find that this was actually sent from Hong Kong and on investigating further on Trust Pilot, I see that you have been scamming people for a long time, using different company names, bogus contact information, sending wrong sizes of clothing and shoes to customers, then telling them that they will need to return their packages to Hong Kong.

I have made a formal complaint to the FTC, I will also be filing a complaint with PayPal and my credit card company.
You will be stopped!
