Scam company - “enchur”, Hong Kong

Saw so many ads for these cute western pants that were on sale on a website called “enchur”. I browsed the website and placed an order for a couple pairs, but there was no confirmation email or anything after. I signed up to make an account to track my order but it kept saying “account doesn’t exist”. No registration email sent to me, either. So I googled the pictures from the site and, sure enough, they belong to another REPUTABLE website. I know I should’ve done better research before ordering from them, that’s on me. Almost a week (and angry emails to their “support team”) later, I receive an email saying “thanks for your email and your order has been shipped, allow 7-30 business days for delivery” blah blah. I’m contacting my bank about a scam/fraud for this purchase, which was $55.86CAN ($44.10US). After reading about so many issues with either the scam website and now the courier they use, which is 17track, I want my money back. What an awful birthday.
