Purchased items from their webiste which was disguised to look like a Gerbers childrens clothing website in Nov 2024. Never received merchandise so I contacted their customer support via email. They said they would resend. Never received that and the parcel tracking info and website they sent me was also a scam. I suspected fraud so I contacted my bank and had the charge reversed. I have since continued to contact them via all of their fake email addresses: chicrushe @xsdbf. com, jishusy @headety. com, inquiries @chicrushe. com. Found this to be the email address their domain is registered to fxbaozi @163. com.
