A package I order but this was not the company and now I'm trying to return the product.

What I order were three horse shoe crosses. What they send was three plastic horse shoe (i guess) pieces that you have to put together yourself. I could not any figure how to put it together. I tried all week to get a refund and they finally said yes but I would have to return it to China which is going to be costly. Nothing matches up on the names of where I order it and whom I'm suppose to send it to.
