Scam by Vikrasseth Limited, Posing as Jim Shore -Designs on Facebook, VIKRASSETH

I placed an order using my debit card through the FaceBook site and it appeared as VIKRASSETH on my checking account. I"ve never received any merchandise and my bank--BMO-- will not help be to recover the $63.45. The bank says it is an "authorized charge" since I placed the order. The bank tells me to contact the merchant. I've sent several emails to VIKRASSETH's customer service and have not had any response. I am peeved with myself for falling for the scam and not pleased with my bank for not helping me recover the funds. Fraud is fraud.
