I ordered ratchet straps from a company that advertises on FB called Forcegear. I received cheap thin straps nothing like the ones they advertise. I downloaded the photos from their ad and zoomed in and found they are using images from Rhino USA. Their page says 100% satisfaction or return for full refund. I emailed Forcegear to ask where to return the straps for a refund and have no heard back. This is clearly a scam using advertising photos from another company. I have contacted my bank and I hope they can investigate and pull the funds back.
