Xpay I ordered stanley cups in Nov and they keep telling me they have shipped but won't issue my money baback.. it was over 40$I ordered 3 different Stanly cups for Christmas in Nov and. They took my money out .. told me shipping us usually 30 to 40 days I have sent them multiple emails and they always say it's on the way ita shipped.... I have verified my address and everything with them .. the tracking number has never worked and they say they can see it on their end. At this point I just want a refund and they stated today that they can't because it says shipped
