Total scam!. I ordered 47€, it was delivered on 14/12, I complained to the store and they say it was delivered, ask neighbors or the nearest post office...

How can you recover the refund because I ordered shoes for 51.49 and it says delivered and nothing and neither neighbors nor anything has picked up the package

Exactly what I'm reading happened to me, I placed an order for 39€ and even though it says delivered I haven't received anything.
Exactly the same as 35€ a jacket. It looks like it's delivered and they don't tell me anything, so I should contact my local post office.

I made an order for 4 items and it's been almost two months and they send me a follow-up email that has kept me calm and today they tell me that it was delivered several days ago and it's not like that this is a scam
It's a clear scam. They have delivered the package and do not give a review of the transport company to contact the company and see what happens with the order. In my case I gave away 32€
Same as 47€ two sneakers, as delivered and I didn't receive any package and I didn't know the name of logistics to search for my package 😡😡
I ordered some items since it said it was a Sephora Christmas sale . It’s been a month and they said the products were delivered. When u complain they say ask neighbors and check with the local post office. Wish I could get my money back

You will never have your money back. They are big scamers. All you have to is to ask refund with your bank
THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!! I have an order for 50€ that says they have delivered it to me and nothing... I didn't receive anything. What can be done to recover the money???

Well, the same thing happened to me too, I ordered some clothes, which didn't arrive. My thing is 61 euros. How can I recover my money, they are scammers, you can report it, they tell me that the package already delivered that I asked my neighbors or my mailbox, I went to the post office and they tell me that with the number they sent me for tracking nothing comes out
I also placed an order, apparently it was from Zalando, but it comes from China and I don't know where I arrive, not at home, or post office, or neighbors, I pay 1.49 for insurance, it appears as delivered, I don't know where.

I'm the same, apparently ordered from Zalando on December 9, worth 50€ plus 8€ of transport insurance, supposedly delivered on January 11, but I haven't received it. I have sent two emails asking where it is and they are not responding and to curl the curl, if I go to the order email, when I enter it, I get a message that the website is disabled. I asked the bank to refund the amount due to fraud.

I also thought I was making a bargain.. ordered in November 2023 and haven't received anything until today.. I just advise everyone: STAY AWAY!!!
