I disputed this with PayPal, who sided with the company when they offered a refund. This dispute is a joke. It costs over $70 to send these flowers back to China if you want a tracking number. And this scam company demands a tracking number for a refund. Even without a # it would cost 3.85 for a box and another $30.60 for shipping. And I know they're fully aware of their supposed offer to "refund" the order amount which only covers the cost to ship the product back to them. They make themselves look like they're offering a legitimate refund, knowing that 99% of people won't go to the trouble because of the cost. You need to vet the people you deal with rather than support their shady business practices. Look online ... so many reports of people getting punked. Sad but true. Their merchandise is junk, too, and not what I ordered.
