I placed an order February 6th. I was able to track the order until it apparently hit the USA. Now I am unable to track my order or get on the website anymore. Ease help me and others that have gotten ripped off. I already paid for my things 45$ worth. I'm not the only on who has been scammed ihave just read other complaints.

I received a notice in my mailbox that a package was attempted to be delivered but I owed $5.15. Not knowing what it was I went to the PO. Paid it, it was a silk scarf I never ordered. I gave it to the employee behind the counter. It said it was a counterfeit label. It is the same tracking number that multiple people are getting I guess

SCAM. Check your credit card bill. Call your credit card co./bank, report it as fraudulent, they will cancel charges. It's either "brushing" (look it up), or they're trying to get you to accept a 50% payment or whatever, or maybe you ordered one of those (ALWAYS A SCAM) "Amazon pallets."

On March 21st I ordered an Amazon pallet. ($106 Canadian) . Today I received a small packet with 3 thinks inside that does not cost all together $20 ca. When I read ur comment my fears about that packet turned to a pAntic. Do you think they are going to charge my credit card again? Is any way to get my money back? Thank you Matisse

Report it to your credit card as scam. Card will reimburse your money- but NOT the seller! Freeze your card for month or two if you can. Block all future charges from this seller on your credit card.

The same thing happened to me also ordered clothes from website Macy fullsweater got a ring UGLY ring but no clothes the ring came from someone name Tevin James what I don't understand is the website where I ordered my clothes is in China how did he get connected to my order strange.

Welcome to the club. I also ordered items from "Macy's" and received the same ring. Look at the original order, the bottom of the page has customer service email. I've been engaged in a back & forth with a person named Lauren. "She has made offers of keep the ring and 20% refund to now return the ring and 100% refund. I also demanded that they pay for the return shipping. Not my error and I shouldn't have to pay for it. She asked this morning for shipping costs. I'm waiting for her to send me the address. I will not send ring back until my refund has cleared. Also told her that this business has been reported to BBB and several other systems.

This is because most merchant shipping only cares if it is "shipped" to keep the seller in its system as legit, so they might randomly send you something because you are close by and shipping is less, unlikely to report something you got for free and exposing the seller as a scammer. When confronted the scammer says to the merchant "Here's the proof of shipping" give the tracking number. They send lightweight crud in the shipping to keep that cost down. Eight Years Old Shop has a reputation for this.

I ordered one of those self-expanding, inflatable beds from this vendor. They provided me with a tracking number, which seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to arrive. I finally received a package which had originally used that tracking number, but was routed through the USPS... See More using what was apparently a counterfeit shipping label (which said right at the top that it was paid shipping) but for which the postal service demanded $4.75 postage due. Inside was an ugly scarf I wouldn't have ordered for my dog, if I had one. My carrier said they had been getting a lot of those packages in the last couple of weeks. This company is apparently a scam working out of China in concert with someone in LA or San Bernardino to scam hundreds or thousands of people out of money, as well as to get their financial information. I had also been in contact with someone name Mia at sale@zgo24fficialcustomerservice.com. I don't know who these people are, but I hope they are rounded up. Also, I will be reporting them to Amazon, since they are using the address of Amazon's warehouse to pull off their scheme. See Less

It a definite scam as the Jimmy Choo is spelled wrong “Chou” I believe they want you to email them as that’s the only contact available, once you make contact by email they will then as to credit your Visa card but they will need your Visa card number in order to credit the correct card… that’s were they get you once you give them the card number they will then charge card. Report this fraud to PayPal! They have a strong service – they will fight for your cause so that you get your money back. Absolutely do not agree to a partial refund! You have the right to get 100% of your money back and Pay Pal is very helpful in this.
