I ordered a dog bed and it was buy one get one free. The name of the company is MEDIPUPS and they have charged my credit card twice and I have received nothing. I have yet to receive anything and when I called their number it said the mailbox was full and I was able to get a response to my first email at MEDIPUPS. COM with a note that they were running behind and to give them a couple of weeks which I did and I wrote them again and told them I would take them to small claims court and also sue them for emotional distress and was wrote back that they would send it to someone in charge but still nothing after 2 months.
