My packages say they are at your distribution center and the delivery address is invalid. It is not and I should not have to pay .30 on my credit card for you to correct something that is not wrong. Please ship my packages. I have two shipments of Hey Dude shoes and the delivery address is correct. You want me to put in my credit card info to pay .30 for you to fix something that is not wrong. I feel this is a scam. Send me my darn packages.

i am waiting for the same package and it just states it was lost. States my address is wrong and it is fact not wrong. It is correct. Not sure what to do.
